1. How do I place an order?

Ordering from ISM Custom Clothing is simple and quick:

A. Select your preferred solids, size, color, and design

B. Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout

C. Enter your shipping details and complete the payment

(For custom prints, upload your design on the Custom Prints page)

Your order is confirmed instantly.

2. How can I check if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and
a WhatsApp notification with your Order ID. You can use the Order ID to track your order status anytime.

3. What if I forgot my password?

No stress.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email, and we’ll send you a reset link to get you back in.

4. Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, you can't add items to an order once it's placed. But hey, you can always create a new order to grab those extra goodies.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
